Paul Levin, President of WPL has published, written and contributed to numerous newsletters, magazines and publications including Construction Contract Claims and Changes & Dispute Resolution. He possesses a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and Masters degree in Engineering Administration from George Washington University. Mr. Levin has worked as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and served as a Senior Consultant with Revay & Associates. specializing in scheduling, cost control, dispute resolution and project management oversight for owners and contractors. Patricia (Patti) M. Wysocki, Education & Training Consultant, has helped WPL Publishing Co. build its highly acclaimed webinar and training program over the past ten years. Prior to joining WPL, Patti was the executive director of the Specialized Information Publishers Association where she worked for 23 years. During her tenure, she lectured extensively across the U.S., Canada and Europe on specialized-information publishing topics, and attended more specialized-information publishing conferences and seminars than any other person. From this experience she was able to share what she learned from the hundreds of incredible publishers she met along the way by authoring The Ultimate Guide to Newsletter & Specialized-Information Publishing. Patti has served on the Specialized Information Publishers Foundation board for the past six years, was its president from 2009-2010, and is currently its secretary/treasurer. She has been inducted into the Hall of Fame of both the Specialized Information Publishers Association and its Foundation. Prior to joining SIPA, Patti was the controller and treasurer of two different non-profit associations.
Bruce Jervis, Esq, Legal Editor, is the founding editor of Construction Claims Monthly and its sole editor from 1979 to 2006. He is a licensed attorney with more than 30 years experience in the construction law field. He previously represented contractors, subcontractors and sureties while with the Portland, Maine, law firm of Amerling & Burns. He is the founding editor of Construction Claims Citator and Federal Contract Disputes. He also co- authored the book Construction Law: Principles and Practice, published by the McGraw-Hill Book Co.
Lanna Broyles, Editor, has been an editor and writer for more than 20 years, working in a variety of genres, including newspapers, magazines, corporate communications, newsletters, websites, journals, books, entertainment, and direct mail fundraising. Before joining WPL in 2005, Lanna worked for Primedia Inc. and for one of McGraw-Hill’s regional construction magazines, where she reported on projects and issues concerning the construction industry in the Intermountain West. She earned a bachelor’s in print journalism from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in English from Arizona State University.
