Prior to 1984, Mr. Stynchcomb held construction management positions in several major U.S. construction firms. Mr. Stynchcomb has been qualified as an expert in CPM scheduling, construction management, subcontract administration, delay and cost impact analysis and loss of labor productivity in federal and state courts, boards of contract appeals, and before tribunals of the AAA and ICC.
