Claims Court Sorts Out Recovery under EAJA

A contractor that prevailed in a claim against the federal government was entitled to recover attorney fees and costs pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act. Hourly rates were capped by statute, but the contractor could also recover a bond premium paid to support a preliminary injunction.
