Modification of Change Order Process Did Not Take Extra Work Outside Contract


The rights and remedies of two parties were governed by the terms of a subcontract even though the parties may have modified the change order process stipulated in that subcontract. The subcontractor could not be compensated for extra work under a theory of unjust enrichment.
