Suspension of Subcontractor’s Work Was Reasonable


A federal district court has ruled that a subcontract gave the prime contractor considerable flexibility to schedule the sub's work in accordance with project needs. A suspension of work, imposed by the project owner, was not unreasonable. The subcontractor was not entitled to terminate the agreement.
