Property Manager Held Liable to Unpaid Contractor

A property management company failed to disclose to a construction contractor that it was serving as an agent for the actual property owner. The management company was liable to the contractor for unpaid invoices. The contractor had no duty to inquire regarding the role of the management company and no duty to investigate the ownership of the property.
