Change Order Administration Waived Delay Impact Costs

An alteration of a change order procedure regarding individual delays did not alter the contractual treatment of cumulative impact costs. A contractor waived the right to those costs by failing to include them in requests for individual change orders submitted within 10 days of each delay occurrence.
