Arbitration Award Contingent on Contractor Lien Waivers

Although an arbitration award stated that interest accrued upon the date of the award, payment of the award was contingent upon the contractor furnishing lien waivers to the project owner. This contradiction was judicially corrected to make interest accrue only upon satisfaction of the precondition and confirmation of the award in court.
