The Importance of a Social Media Policy for Construction Firms
A recent article at ENR addresses issues involving the use of social media. Employees have certain rights of free speech about their company and working conditions, as spelled out by the NLRB. Companies need to be careful in defining social media policies and establish who has the right to post on company-managed sites.
