360-Degree Video of Big Bertha in Action 200' Below Surface in Seattle
The Seattle DOT released a 5-minute 360-degree video of the SR99 viaduct replacement project that features the Big Bertha tunneling machine, covered here in ConstructionPro Week several times in the past few years. The video is best watched on a smart phone or tablet using the YouTube app, where the user can move the phone in any direction to see what's behind you, to the side, up or down.
