SACRED HEART EARNS PLATINUM LEED CERTIFICATION

Sacred Heart Schools in Atherton, Calif., last month dedicated its "environmentally friendly" Michael J. Homer Student Life and Science Center. It is believed to be the first school building in Silicon Valley, Calif., to be built to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum standards for new construction.
