Introduction

This past Nov. 13-16 marked Primavera’s 22nd annual user conference, held in Orlando, Fla. Aside from the new software features and future directions—mainstays of the conference—the highlights were decidedly the keynote speakers, Dr. Jerry Linenger and author Craig Smith.
