GSA UNVEILS SUSTAINABILITY PERFORMANCE PLAN, AIMS FOR ZERO ENVIRONMENTAL FOOTPRINT

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Sept. 9 released its sustainability performance plan in support of presidential Executive Order (E.O.) 13514 for reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. As part of the plan, the agency wants to reduce energy consumption in federal buildings by one-third.
