Piecemeal Submittal of Shop Drawings Caused Slow Review

A contractual 30-day review period for shop drawings was premised on the concurrent submittal of coordinated drawings for interrelated systems. The project owner was not bound by the turnaround period when the contractor submitted shop drawings in a piecemeal fashion, even though the owner reviewed those drawings as an accommodation to the contractor.
