No-Damage-for-Delay Clause Enforced - Exceptions Didn't Apply

An Illinois court has ruled that a no-damage-for-delay clause barred a subcontractor’s recovery. The delay was not unforeseeable or of an unreasonable duration. And, Illinois law does not recognize “active interference” as an exception to enforceability.
