Contractor Left Unpaid by Bankrupt Nonprofit

An unpaid contractor could not recover from the individual officers and directors of a bankrupt nonprofit organization. There was insufficient evidence the individuals fraudulently misrepresented available construction funds or misused the proceeds of a construction loan.
