Built in the cold and snow in the Russian town Stupino, Apis Cor 3D-printed its first house, a 409 square-foot concrete house in the middle of winter. First reported here in ConstructionPro Week (Volume: 4 - Issue: 40 - 10/16/2015) 18 months ago when the company was looking for investors, the mobile printer was able to print both interior and exterior walls.
Because of the cold temperatures, the whole project was completed under a temporary protective tent. Learn more about the project and its architectural features at Clare Scott's post at the 3dPrint.com website.
