CPM Scheduling Conference Promises Comprehensive Education Program and Unique Networking Opportunities

In just a few short weeks, scheduling author and engineer Fredric L. Plotnick, Ph.D., Esq., P.E., will open his 7th annual Construction CPM Conference.  Starting Jan. 10 in Orlando, FL, this three-day multi-track conference features more than 60 sessions presented by construction management experts, consultants and vendors to explore all aspects of construction scheduling. Tracks include best practices in schedule development and management, schedule analysis, claims support, earned value, schedule risk, case studies, training sessions, and clinics. More than one dozen providers of scheduling applications and utilities will be on-hand to answer questions and provide demos.

Notable keynote speakers include CPM pioneer and author Jim O'Brien, AACE President John Livengood, and AGC President Al Landes.  Highlights of the event include an exhibit hall with vendors and consultants and on Friday, Jan. 13, a special double-session Mock Trial featuring two construction attorneys appearing before the bench of Judge John Marshall. The CPM conference is the premier gathering and networking venue for all things Construction Scheduling and is well represented by members from AACE, PMI, CMAA, AGC and Planning Planet.
