Emerging Risk in Green Design and Construction

Add to Cart

The last few years have seen the adoption of new building and energy codes, as well as widespread incorporation of voluntary standards that are intended to produce less wasteful and more environmentally sensitive remodels and new construction. While these changes are generally heralded as positive steps, their collective impact on the building industry has not yet been fully evaluated nor have the new risks that come with these new materials, new construction methods, and new compliance requirements. Once the risks are understood, they can be mitigated or avoided entirely.

View this 90-minute interactive recording to gain a better understanding of the risks of green building, including how to:

  • Keep up to date on current voluntary Green standards and mandatory Green Codes
  • Review examples of the new Green standards and their implementation on a variety of different building and project types
  • Understand new risks that are associated with the mandatory and voluntary standards
  • Review examples of disputes/litigation that highlight the real-life risks and consequences of working with new Green standards
  • Establish guidelines for mitigating, redirecting, or entirely avoiding risk associated with Sustainable design
  • And much, much more!

Listen in on this information-packed webinar to learn how you can manage your organization’s risk when building Green.
